Where does Bier Factory deliver?

We deliver throughout Switzerland. The 12-pack costs CHF 9 shipping, the 24-pack ships free. The 6-pack sampler is pickup only at our Rapperswil-Jona location.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days. For pickup orders, your order is usually ready the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?

6-pack sampler: Pickup only (no shipping). 12-pack: CHF 9 shipping. 24-pack: Free shipping. Pickup orders receive a discount.

Can I mix my own beer selection?

Yes! Our pack builder lets you create your own 6-pack, 12-pack, or 24-pack from our entire range. Simply choose your favorite bottles.

What pack sizes are available?

We offer three sizes: 6-pack sampler (pickup only), 12-pack case, and 24-pack case. All packs can be mixed yourself or ordered as curated selections.

What are the Bier Factory opening hours?

Check our contact page for current opening hours. We are open several days a week for pickups and the taproom. Please note we may be closed on public holidays.

Do I need to be 18 to order?

Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcoholic beverages. Age is verified at checkout and upon delivery.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), TWINT, PostFinance, and invoice payment. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

What types of beer does Bier Factory have?

We brew a variety of craft beers: IPAs & hoppy beers, lagers, pale ales, dark & malty beers, ciders, and non-alcoholic options. All beers are brewed in Rapperswil-Jona.

Most of our beers are vegan as we don't use animal-based fining agents. For specific information about individual beers, please contact us.

Can I order beer as a gift?

Yes! Our beer cases make perfect gifts. You can specify a different delivery address and we can exclude the invoice on request. Use our gift finder for recommendations.

What is the return policy?

We replace products with quality issues or shipping damage. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue.

Where is the Bier Factory brewery?

Our brewery is located at Eichwiesstrasse 6 in 8645 Rapperswil-Jona, Switzerland. We welcome visitors during our opening hours.

Can I get food at Bier Factory?

Yes! You can order food from local restaurants and have it delivered directly to our taproom. You're also welcome to bring your own snacks. Enjoy your craft beer with your favorite meal.
